EMPOWERING TOLEDO'S YOUTH
CAPES FORÂ THE COMMUNITY PROGRAM
Since our beginning, we have expanded into the realm of youth development and mentorship programs to empower the next generation of leaders within the Toledo Community. Victory Academy and THP have partnered to establish THP’s Capes for the Community Program to provide leadership and entrepreneurial experiences for 7th & 8th-grade students. Once completed, THP can serve as a reference for future employment opportunities.
The program provides a $1,500 budget for students to create a youth-led philanthropy project for the city. THP funds 100% of the project through donations, allowing for participation to be free of charge.
MIGHTY MENTORS PROGRAM
Our THP Mentorship Program That Pairs Medical Students with Students Underrepresented in Medicine
A major goal we hope to accomplish as an organization is to encourage mentorship on all levels of academic pursuit. This program aims to pair up current medical students with high school or college students who share identities that have been historically underrepresented in medicine. Mentors will help with academics, as well as coach them through the medical school matriculation process.

Any high school or college student is welcome to join. There is no criteria or perquisites that need to be completed prior to joining.
